Two decades of technical practice behind one firm
Founded in 2018 by Eng. Hanan Zayed in Alexandria, QG began as an independent management-systems consultancy and has grown into a multidisciplinary practice spanning quality, food safety, environment, energy, sustainability, technical training, IT and cybersecurity.
QG's consultancy practice is built on a rare combination: hands-on industrial experience and accredited third-party audit exposure, brought together under one independent firm since 2018. Our lead consultant's career began in production planning and QA/EHS management in yacht building, then moved through home textiles and furnishings manufacturing, building fluency in shop-floor operations most consultancies only see from the outside.
Between 2014 and 2018, engagements included management-systems training and auditing on behalf of accredited certification bodies, with second-party and third-party audit assignments spanning Egyptian, Argentine and Chinese supply chains. QG was established as an independent consultancy in 2018, growing its accredited scope release by release and building a bench of specialist consultants across industrial, service and administrative fields.
In 2025, the group launched a second practice (QG Professional Services), a cybersecurity and cloud advisory built with the same disciplined, standards-driven approach, with Microsoft 365 and Azure delivery as its leading specialisation.

Founder & General Manager

A civil engineering graduate of Alexandria University, Hanan built her early career in production planning and QA/EHS management across yacht building and home textile manufacturing, before moving into management-systems consultancy and certification-body auditing from 2014. She founded QG in 2018 as a certified management-systems consultant and lecturer, and leads a management team of eight covering consultancy, training delivery, business development, HR, legal, finance and IT.
Our IT & Cybersecurity practice (QG Professional Services) is led by Microsoft-certified cloud and security consultants under the group's founder-led governance. Collectively, the practice holds 17 active certifications across Microsoft, Google Cloud and Palo Alto Networks, spanning cloud security architecture, identity & access management, security operations and AI governance.
